– COVID Testing for acute illness: $250.00
– COVID Antibody testing: $250.00 per antibody
– Facility encounter fee E & M code 99202: $161.00
– Facility encounter fee E & M code 99212: $104.14

If you have private health insurance, we are required to bill your insurance for testing. Under Federal Legislation, most insurance companies are covering testing in full without copays or deductibles. Please consult your insurance plan for details. Additionally, federal funds are available for uninsured patients under certain circumstances. We will not collect any payment from you at the time of testing

The doctors in our group are here for you when you need them.
